New HubSpot Deal Triggers Added

You can now track deal activity in Cometly with four new HubSpot triggers:

Deal Created
Deal Property Change
Deal Stage Updated
Deal Closed Won

These new triggers let you capture key milestones in your sales pipeline and send them directly into Cometly — helping you track deal progress, and closed revenue with greater accuracy.

🔍 Each trigger requires selecting a specific pipeline and stage (and in some cases, a property name) to ensure precise event tracking.

🔁 One Contact Per Deal

To avoid duplicate reporting, we now intelligently select a single HubSpot contact for every deal sent to Cometly using the following logic:

  1. Contact with the earliest first_conversion_date
  2. If none, contact with earliest first_deal_created_date
  3. If still none, fall back to earliest createdate

This keeps your deal counts 1:1 with HubSpot.

We’re excited to announce our new Monday.com integration, making it easier than ever to track and attribute activity from your workflows directly into Cometly.

When creating a new event inside Cometly, you can now select Monday.com as your data source. After connecting your Monday.com account, you'll be able to choose which board to listen to — such as:

  • Leads – great for tracking new incoming leads from your pipeline
  • Deals – track sales opportunities as they move through stages
  • Contacts – capture contact activity and CRM updates
  • Activities, Products & Services, Quotes & Invoices – map activity across various sales and operational workflows

Once a board is selected, you can then define which type of trigger should send data into Cometly:

  • New Item in Board – fires when a new row is created in the selected board
  • New Update in Board – triggers when a note or update is posted to an item
  • Specific Column Value Changed – allows you to trigger events based on specific field changes (e.g. status moving to “Qualified” or “Closed Won”)

This gives you full control to decide exactly when and how Cometly should start tracking leads based on your Monday.com activity enabling tighter attribution and more automation for your sales and marketing workflows.
